Fill in the fields above and your signature appears here.

The Copy button copies the formatted signature, not the code behind it. Paste it straight in.

How to put it in Outlook

  1. New Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings (gear) → AccountsSignatures.
  2. Outlook desktop (classic): FileOptionsMailSignatures…
  3. Select everything already in the signature box and delete it, then paste (Ctrl+V).
  4. Set the signature for both new messages and replies/forwards, then save.

Paste with Ctrl+V, not Ctrl+Shift+V — the second one strips the formatting.
